Wouldn't hurt to just file a complaint. I have a neighbor like that, only I shit you not WAAAAAAY worse, next door to me, so much crazy shit from this lady. Plus I have one just like her next door to my parents house, women like them are everywhere!

I have a few people I flip off when I see them, best part was the first time they wave to you like shits cool saying 'hi' because they have to only to realize seconds later they got pwnt and feel like a fool.

Generally I do try to keep things civil and mature with people but sometimes people just piss you off to the point that you don't want to punch them in the face so flipping the bird is the next best option sometimes.
