Ok battery set up?

Just want to make sure its ok if i have the incoming positive on one battery and the incoming negative on the other battery.

I couldn't see why that would be a problem, there may be something I don't know though about charging systems and such. But I personally think you'll be fine. Why do you have to have it that way anyways?

the location of my best ground is on one side of my car and the battery is on the drivers side of the car lol

i always pull different pos or gnd off different batteries when wiring a system it helps distribute the voltage
