I am not sure but I am sure that it should NOT be a woman. Woman tend to be far more irrational and emotional. Two things you DO NOT need or want in a leader. The tendency to make decisions based on irrational emotions could/would get all of us Americans killed because some gash was told "No" or "You can't do that" and heaven forbid you tell a Woman no... World War 6 would happen quickly.
