Official Old School Collectors Thread

Crossfire CFA trio including the big CFA 30HC....rated @ 30wpc rms @ .008%thd+noise...lol

The CFA 30HC has 160a of fusing including 2 40a fuses on the back. You can select between hi-power and hi-current by changing the fuse positions.

For only being rated @ 30wpc......its got more balls than most 1k amps today:up2somet:

Some old Fosgate amps

100 and 60 dsm. Got these for the end caps(amps are bad) to use for a different minty set of amps

Some time next week they will be getting packed up and sent off to Zed Audio for repair.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif

The Minty Fosgates....200x2 and 60ix. The end caps are at work to be stripped and refinished.

And a 500s. Very solid amp and tough too. Ran this for a few years bridged to 2ch @ 2 ohms and never had a single issue. Still plays perfect to this day.

And one more that I have laying around....MTX 6500d. Great power in a small footprint. This one is un modded/molested.

Here's my latest NOS (new old stock) amp.

Early 1980's Concord HPA-26 50 watter //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Very tiny amplifier, around the size of my hand.

Not as nice as most of what you guys have but I feel I got good deals on some old-ish amps.

This one is missing the cover that everyone seems to lose. I got it two years ago in working condition for $50.

Again missing the cover but I made off with it for $90 and it works but has a small burn spot on the board. :-(

Here's the really exciting one, too bad it is so scratched up. I ripped this guy off with a generous lowball. It hammers my MTX 7000's.

I hope it's ok to put the next three pics up in the amp section.

Orion NT2's found at a pawn shop three weeks ago. The pair for $50.

Here are my favorite old school audio gems. I bought these new in Spokane Washington year 2000. Still pound like mad.

Something I found strange and interesting is that aside from the paint, the baskets are identical between the Orion NT's and the MTX 7000's.

I just picked up two near mint XTR series2 12" DVC's with an Eclipse DA6213 for a smoking deal! Subs look new with exception of the outer edge of one has some of the shiny sealing surface peeled. I will get pics if anyone wants to see.

My 1990 Alpine 7288 cassette deck arrived today.

Im very pleased with it considering I got it in Canada at a reasonable price ($60.00)

Works flawlessly.

Only issue is the dirt stain inside the lens. I'll open it up and wipe it off.

Cosmetically, id give it an 8.5/10. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I have the Alpine 4100 install kit for it. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
