Price:US $49.99Orion 2125SX Amplifier - The FIRST SX Model - AS IS - eBay (item 190455532988 end time Oct-18-10 13:16:38 PDT)

Spent some time in a pawnshop in everett today. The people that work there make me laugh. They were trying to "hook up" a dude with a 12 inch xsite subwoofer/box and power reference crap amp for 230. I talked to the guy when the worker wasn't near and told him the stuff he was buying was ****** and he looked at me like I was crazy. It irritated me, the guy that worked there was a white hoodrat who knew everything yet knew nothing.

Anyway they had some cool stuff. A couple eclipse ea amps, a pg zx350 and zx475, og 18 inch stroker and a bunch of o/s rf stuff. Didn't buy anything though.

Pawn Pros off 99?

The guy who was "helping" me was pretty darn aloof, I feel for the guy that was buying the setup when I was in there. Got taken IMO, They gave me some good prices but I don't have cash to start a collection now. Gotta finish the car first. They had a nice fluke clamp meter I almost bought though

A closer look of my Alpine 7903. I bought it from the original owner back in either 1990 or 1991. I'll never forget his 1980's *****-Am that looked like a total rust bucket, but when the guy opened the door to show me the Alpine, the interior was immaculate! He had gold plated RF amps, dual 12" Kicker C-12 subs and 6.5 separates in the doors. I can't remember exactly why he was selling the Alpine, but I do remember haggling him down from $300 to $280. Remember folks, back then, this unit cost $500 new. I used this unit for about 7 or 8 years until the CD mechanism refused to eject my CD. I decided to put it up and maybe get it repaired one day. As you can see by the picture, it is still in GREAT condition!

I have the tape version of that deck, and it's in just as good condition! I LOVE how these look when they are lit up!

How about some vintage Pioneer? Here's a BNIB Pioneer CD-5 7-band graphic EQ and dual amp balancer. Too bad it has only DIN connectors for the amps! It has never been used, only taken out of the box a few times. As you can see, I still have ALL the paperwork, warranty card, manual and even survey card! Vintage 1980's car stereo history!
