Wallace has helped to increase the Cavs rebounds per game stat pretty marginally, especially in the offensive rebounds column. Not to mention their post defense stats have increased since the trade as they are now allowing fewer points in the paint than they had previously...He has been injured a bit, but with how hard that guy has played in the past and the fact that he's getting up there, it's nearly inevitable for him...i'm not saying he's playing great or anything, but adding him and Smith has helped the Cavs front end a lot. I didn't personally think he was worth the cash when he got the deal from the Bulls because statistically he has declined in nearly every stat since the championship with the Pistons. Which is why Dumars didn't pay up, he knew all too well what was happening with Wallace as Dumars is one of the best GM's out there. The Cavs really put themselves in a lock snatching that contract up...
Delonte is averaging what, 10 and 5 right now? I think that will pretty much be the cap for him in terms of career averages, he will probably pull down few more points more 12/5 or so. He just doesn't have the pure PG abilities, remember he came into this league as a SG, and he needed a strong PG to be successful at St. Joeseph, he's still hasn't been able to mold his game to play the 1 slot primarily like these NBA teams want...
