The reason for me was that he denied to my face that the DD Z1's had problems and it was me who screwed mine up (at the time I bought two of the first off the assembly line) Then he finally owned up to the Z1's being garbage and sent mine to korea (or supposedly so) and didn't see them ever again...5 months later I asked for a refund.
