compared to my finger.

idk how much they cost though. they aren't cheap for sure.

ok these didnt seem to be answered so here are my questions

i read on my new optima YT battery that the side posts are to only be used for starting and stock applications kinda confuses me i thought the top and side posts where the same can anyone clarify?

the reason i ask my stock battery connection is really weird i think its fused or something(havent takin a close look just noticed it when changing the batt)

but i wanted to use my side terminals for the big three and for my 2nd battery power wire?

Is this possible or do i need to figure out a diff way to do this?

if you look at the battery in the pic you can see how weird an gawdy the battery connection is

as far as I have ever known, the batteries with top and side posts are like a monoblock amplifier; parallel on the inside with no difference between the pairs(+ & -)

thats what i thought to i will try to get a pic of them pamplet though it says not to use the side for anythgin other than starting but i figure if im just using the side for a second battery and big 3 i should be ok but it seems no one has experience with this

I'm still trying to figure this whole thing out its really hard to without pictures

Right now my battery negative is grounded directly to my engine block with 4g wire.

Is that normal for it to not be ground at the chasis at all?
