Odd RF HX2 problem

A friend has 2 of these in his truck in (what he says) are the right size boxes, and when played hard, the woofers kinda stick 'outward' on some notes, and the surround looks like it's stretched to the most outward position and not really doing it's job. Hard to explain, but I hope some of you guys know that I mean.
