Got Bass?
Had a 2008 F-150 Harley Davidson edition come into the shop yesterday for a Parrot Blue Tooth phone kit. Not a problem figure nice easy install which it was until they pulled the truck outside...
Installing the Parrot kit requires cutting into the speaker wires as they now run through the Parrot module. I installed it the same way I have done in every other vehicle and it worked perectly. When they pulled the truck outside and opened up the door, the dome light would go on and cause the factory sub to make a humming noise //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif. I brought it back inside and double checked all my wiring which I found to be good. Took the kit out of the truck and made all the factory connections and the truck is still doing this.
The owner of the truck is bringing back on Monday. None of my co workers have ever seen an issue like this. Anyone have any idea what could be wrong?
