Obsidian Audio 12v3 Enclosure

Im going to building an enclosure for an obsidian audio 12v3 and was wondering if this would work? Also, where should the subwoofer be mounted in the enclosure (to the left next to the port or to the right away from the port or in the middle?)

Any help would be great.
