How much smaller can a common chamber be? For example if you have 2 subs that call for 2 cu ft. each is the minimum interior volume for 2 subs 4 cu ft or can it be smaller since they are sharing sub space? My Skar IVX 12 v1 subs call for 2 cu ft each. I don't have the room. I can do 1.5 each. I have 3 of them.

LOL. The only thing that's going to make those subs perform as though they were in 2 cube per sub is 2 cube per sub. Honestly a pair would probably sound better in that airspace and possibly be louder.

Thanks for the reply. The reason I was asking is I resarched common chambers a little bit, and I read that typically the boxes a smaller than individual chambers. Is this not the case then?
