Obama is gonna tax your soda...

He has not taxed soda yet, but he did buy the banks and car companies with inflationary printed money. He already GAVE Chrysler to the UAW and stiffed private investors. So much for contractual agreements. Why would anyone buy a bond in a US company? But what do you care? Not at all I suspect.
So how would you make it right?

I don't know if more time would have made a difference or not. The president can't force congress to pass legislation. He can request a quick turnaround but that is as far as his executive power goes. Congress decided to push it through quickly regardless. That is on them, not the president.
The president can VETO though and he doesnt so its on HIM

Fixed...and Obama's push for spending is the root cause
Congress sucks too though...no doubt about that
It is no secret that Obama's plan was to come into office and spend money. He handed McCain his *** in the election, so the majority of citizens agreed with his plan. Congress is simply giving Obama what he asked for, which is essentially Obama keeping his word.

Right or wrong, it is nice to have a president who does what he said he would for a change.

I don't advocate everything democrats do, nor do I despise everything republicans do. They both have their strengths. We'll never know that until the bipartisanship disappears.

Wait, you are calling for an end to bipartisanship?

Usa Is pretty fcked up, be time im 60-70, there will be no social security or any thing left, taxs will be so rough for us young people, you guys have it easy.
Yes but we gave you our greatest legacy....internet ****.

yes i am old enough to vote and i did vote against obama. He has done nothing that he promised to do. since taking office he has spent over a trillion dollars over his budget. a budget that would increase the national deficit by 1.5 trillion at the end of the year. at the rate he is going the national deficit will be over $30 trillion, over twice what it is now. with bush the national deficit only increased by about 5 trillion.
That is why taxes are going up. if i make the same amount of money as i did last year, my taxes are going to almost double. Why? so some dumb poor person can get free shit instead of working for it. Its communism at its finest.

I ask you as well, how would you have handled it differently? I mean it's one thing to piss and moan, but it's another to actually have a solution. Being that the economy was being run into the ground BEFORE he took office, how do you handle the situation differently? Just curious.
