nx30 issue

Hey,

I was running my cxs64 set. And out of nowhere one of my nx30 tweeter's stopped working. I didnt have time to look at it right away, but I noticed randomly it would come back on, and turn off after a while again. I figured it was a loose wire connection somewhere. So finally when I got a chance to open everything up the tweeter was not working at all. Checked the wiring, and everything seemed to be good. I connected my stock tweeter there, and it worked perfectly fine

So now, I connected the tweeter to a AAA battery and no signal of life. I'm just wondering if theres anything else I could try.

My biggest issue is that, I'm located in Canada and I purchased the set Brand New off a forum member on here. He didn't send me a receipt with it.
