not getting sound to my front left component..

just like it says above... i installed a set of alpine components and tweeters in my caqr on monday and a set of co-ax in the rear... and i realized tonight coming home from work that the front left alpine component does work but the tweeter does and they are hooked up to the same 2 way cross over. i have each side(left and right) front and back speakers running in parallel to a 2 channel amp...any reason why the one speaker wouldnt work when the tweeter does?????? any help would be great

crossover could be bad. bad connection to crossover. those are my 2 guesses.

Take a battery and put it onto the + and neg leads of the output wire on your crossover. if your getting a connection youll hear a scratching sound on your tweets or your woofer will play. the battery wont hurt either //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif this will let you know if its your crossover.
