I haven't heard of the Amero but have agreed with similar proposals....mainly as a competitve tool with the EU vs. the depreciation of the dollar.

I do not see it flying. The govts are too different....

Plus Canada and Mexico use an entirely different brand of monetary policy. We tend to follow the Taylor Rule with constrained discretion. Mexico and Canada are more explicit inflation targers. Thus, we have slighly different approaches to achieving economic goals. I can post some very good papers concerning these approaches to monetary policy if interested. The EU had shared goals and the economic zones began in Europe a couple decades before the Euro.

See that is where I have an issue with conspiracy theory....it's called confirmation bias.

The European Economc Zone makes much sense on paper now, as it did 400 years ago. So a conspiracy theory "calling" economic effeciency seems like a farce to me. It is the same as a conspriacy theory predicting the sun shinging.

Economists predicted the effects of Hurricane Katrina about 6 months before it hit. They readily admit they did not know Katrina was going to hit New Orleans. But they do admit the tail of a binonomial distribution was priced wrong...therefore a crisis like Katrina would have huge payoff. The economist is name Talib...something or other. Another great book he wrote is called "Fooled by chance".

If I find a conspiracy theory that predicts something real, using valid models, not shotgun armchair conjecture, I may give some validity to their claims.

He chose the IMO worst economist the University of Chicago ( #1 - #3 worldwide) has to offer.

He could of atleast chose a guy who bet $1T on the Russian 30 year treasury bond.

This so called "conspiracy" has been planed long before the bush family, LONG before G.W bushs father was a sentor,( Prescott bush was a BANKER ).they play a role in it though. it is DEBT that's enslaving America. The international banks have NO LAWS, they have the "Money" so they have the "Power". our country is foundered on debt

Ask yourself why movie stars, sports players, etc... have the highest paying jobs in America? Because they're keeping us stupid to the fact there other things going on around us that people do not want us to know & the "stars" making all this money don't realize it or don't care to get involved.

The fact is: something is going on behind the curtains, Our Generation HAS the knowledge via Internet and books of the things, But our generation is so Manipulated and distracted by so MANY things going on around us that we don't concentrate and we loss focus on what we learned and forget about it.

To prove this teach a friend about what you learned on this thread, now a week later ask him about it

Everyone knows 911 is an "Inside job" and that the only reason why were in the middle east is to in fact, set up bases and control that oil, gain money then slowly move on to the next major oil producer. Ask yourself this, why is it the U.S Military needs 730 military bases around the world. But not ONE other country has a military base within America.

It is the opinion of many many economists is the reason why athletes are paid so much is not everyone can knock an orange 400someodd feet or dunk a ball from the free throw line.

They make so much money because people demand their services.

As for the International Banks having no laws, I'd like to see the source of this claim. I can think of about 4 treaties and accords that govern international banks, without any research.

I don't know what you think the answer is to your question about military bases. However, there are many obvious reasons why the U.S. has bases within other countries -- and none of those reasons have to do with some tin foil hat conspiracy.

I ask this not only to you but to anyone who wants to always chalk things up to a "conspiracy theory" or some tin hat wearing person - Did you happen to watch the documentary i posted that was shown on pbs.org called Bush's War? If not, why? Could it possibly be that you don't want to know the truth and would rather keep your head in the sand cause as long as you don't know the truth the longer you can continue to use the same old "conspiracy theory" cop-out.

The problem with conspiracy theorists is what is commonly referred to as "over reaching." They may have some valid points -- but they are burried by an overwhelming amount of bullshit. They lose credibility when they argue points that are complete fabrications. So no, I don't have time to watch every fVcking video these guys manage to put up.

That really is not the reason I did not watch the video you posted though. I just don't know you or care enough about what you say to bother. In fact, I do not even remember seeing the link. At most, I would have skimmed your post(s). Too wordy and a liitle out there. No offense and all that jazz.
