Violator of Terms
Why do you think everything I tell you I learned in grad school. Most of the better investors do not go to grad school. Basic understanding of markets is easily obtained at a high school level. The shit isn't that hard. That's funny, you have more trust in the market than the government, but what is funny is the market is ultimately controlled by the government, but I know that is not what you learned in grad school. Maybe when you get out in the world you realize how it really is.
The government attempts to control the market but they can't. The government doesn't really want recessions for political purposes.
Did you think the government could stop LTCM from investing one trillion dollars in russian bonds?
Did you think the government can prevent markets from making structured secuities. Most government officials don't even know what a PSA rate is or why it's important. They just know that people are complaining. I never come across that "I am in grad school so I > *". I share my experiences of successes as well as failures. If I dropped out of HS, what would you say then?
I am still trying to find this real world. I would think I am very in touch with the real world...or atleast how it effects me.
