i have a memphis m3 12'' dual 2 ohm and it is set at 200rms from a zapco 350 and is bridged at 4 ohm could i change it to 2ohm stable?

No. A dual 2 sub can only be wired for 1 ohm or 4 ohm.

With that amp, why couldn't he wire the coils independently for two 2-Ohm loads?
