Non-Comp SQ System Ideas

The other day I was driving around in my car thinking, "Wow, my stereo sounds really good today, I wonder what it is." Later that day I opened up my trunk and noticed that my 6x9's had come unplugged. Now these aren't the best 6x9's on the market (diamond m3) but they are respectable. I just got done tearing them out and I really enjoy it much more now. I've got the extra bass from the sub filtering in through the rear deck and it just seems fuller up front. I know some people really love rear fill so I guess it's up to you, I'm just not ever going to put anything back there again.

when you hear the rear play with the sub it sounds good add the front allong with it you think its better... people think "rearfill good bigger speaker" (usually is bigger in most cases) thing is when you have 4 speakers at 4 different distances playing at nearly the same freq response they fight get muddy and bassically sound like butt. with this said the stageing and detail coming from the front is by far the better bet

So maybe it would be better to run the rear fill's straight off the radio, and drop the KX75 amplifier all together. Then put the mid-bass drivers on the KX150.4 with the front stage components. And go with a KX2 crossover instead of the KX3, since I would really only have to "tweak" the front signal, since the HU has a built in crossover for the sub output, plus the amp (for the sub) has a crossover to fine-tune it a little more.

What do you think about that?
