Non caraudio question

I was just wandering:

How can a man put those cute little pics below their username and those "templates" with the description of his equipment or sth. else below the text??

It looks kinda cool and I guess it wouldnt hurt if I could use the same.

as for changing where it says Junior Member on your name, youi cant.

you must get 50+ posts to become a Member, and 150+ posts to become Sr. VIP member
