noise when electric fan kicks on ?

There is a low rumble when the electric fan turns on , its a 2002 jeep cherokee, anyone heard of this or have an idea ? swapped decks and all grounds seem ok , no big 3 tho //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

can you better describe rumble?? does it seem to be rpm related??

no only when the fa comes on its like a slight constant bass note only when the electric radiator fan turns on
