a yes does RCA wires make a difference in the sound of your stereo, would it be better to buy some good rcas then cheap ones, now if i have a HU with 3 preouts and im running 2 amps one for mids and highs, one for subwoofer, which would i put the mids and highs into the front input or rear? also i would only need 4 rcas right, im looking at some monster 4 channel rcas, would that work to run both amps or do i need seperate ones.

They make 4ch RCA's that can be used in the car, although I would stick to 2ch RCA's. If one channel breaks, you will have to replace all 4, as opposed to just 2 if you had 2ch RCA's.

Yes, RCA's can make a large difference in SQ, although it will depend on the equipment you are running. What does your install look like? Then we can determine if better RCA's will be needed.

Shielded RCA's are a myth. In fact, shielded RCA's can induce more noise into a system than non-shielded RCA's. Look it up.

so the 4 channel ones can run two amps? well im bout to buy alot of car audio stuff within a few months im just trying to decide what i am going to buy, im on a budget, but i am upgrading all my stock speakers to some kicker ds600 componets, i already have a kicker sub amp, sx1250.1 powering 2 kicker l7 12s, but im going to run all my comps on a kicker zx650.4 amp, and im going to have a alpine-cda 9886 hu. so what are the best RCAS for the money.
