last time i got pulled over for noise the cop only wanted to see my subs.. he was like pop the trunk so i did and he was like oh slpine huh? nice. and he was asking me about my box and how i made it haha

Haha I had that same experience.

I got pulled over at night but b4 he came to the window, he waited for his backup to arrive. The guy walked up to my driver side all excited and asked me, "What the hell you got in there!?" so I showed him, told him how many watts and he ran to the other side and jumped in. I turned up my system and he got all excited. They let me go with a warning. not necessarily, first of all, sometimes the judge will make you post bail in the amount of the ticket. Not to mention, to win a case like that you'll most likely need a lawyer. Requests for discovery, affidavits, and interrogatories, can't just be drafted in an E-mail. There are statutes and laws that must be cited, and that you most likely won't be able to use correctly even if you find them. (I've read my entire state's laws.) Everything has to be sent registered mail and multiple copies, gas and photo development expenses. There are lots of little costs that add up.

I had to lay down the facts on all shit that is audible from 25ft away, big tires, exhaust, Semis, etc etc..

My ticket was defered so I guess thats neither a win or a loss.

I've found out the State Troopers here are a little more fonde of the loud bass. Every Trooper that has pulled me over wants to hear it.

Told the cop it wasn't me and he pulled out his wildcard, "It was you, just look at all the equipment in the back!" I couldn't say anything after that b/c it was true but I didn't even have it on. Cops are just looking to make their quota, they dont care if it's right or wrong...money is the root of all evil.

I feel you thats extortion! my first ticket was 400 and I got cought red handed. I had the volume at its max lol but I learned my lesson and now only drive with the volume around 20 but pigs still be trippen.
