I was sitting at a light just me and a few other cars and a semi truck. I had my windows up and didnt have my music turned up all that loud. I turn it down at lights 99% of the time anyway. There was a cop sitting the northright of me I didnt know at the time due to not being able to see him. There was buildings and vehicles and gas pumps blocking him. A good 500 ft away plus. I go down the road 1/8th of a mile and turn into the post office. get out and go into the post office come back to my truck and hes sitting behind me and gets out and ask for my ID and says i am getting a ticket bc he heard my truck and it is too loud and could be heard from more than 100ft away. My question is I had my windows up in a group of vehicles, then i drove down the road he lost sight of me never pulled me over when i was on the road. I was out of my vehicle turned off parked. How can he prove it was me who had the music I even said look nothing in here since its a blowthrough he was likewell its in the bed then. I got 111.00 dollar ticket. Should I fight it and have a case since he cant prove it came from my truck windows up, limo tint and was out of my truck and not even in it when he came up to my truck parked turned off and keys out?
