Not to mention, to win a case like that you'll most likely need a lawyer. Requests for discovery, affidavits, and interrogatories, can't just be drafted in an E-mail. There are statutes and laws that must be cited, and that you most likely won't be able to use correctly even if you find them. (I've read my entire state's laws.) Everything has to be sent registered mail and multiple copies, gas and photo development expenses. There are lots of little costs that add up.</p></blockquote><p></p>
