The dimensions are external NOT internal, unless you see anywhere on that page they state specifically the dimensions are ID which they don't.

no...after sub and port displacement for the pair should be 4 cuft....after calculations of the given dimensions

edit: the dimensions give 6.3 cuft total before wood thickness and port displacement
