why does eclipse make cassette hu's with no external speaker wire? u have to have external amp for hu to work. hu only has 3 set of rca's and power connectoins, thats it. if your amp f***'s up, your screwed!! there is no playing door speakers off the hu itself. that really *****. this is the worst thing they could have done in making hu's. hopefully no other company does this....//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/banghead.gif.8606515f668c74f6de0281deb475b6fd.gif

I believe the really expensive denon decks have no speaker outs. Eckipse decks might not have an internal amplifier, maybe? THey are only good for like 12w RMS or something anyway...

why dont they make them like sony,pioneer, etc with like 40w x4, 45w x4, etc. with also the pre-outs? at least you have the option of playing inside speakers and/or tweets off the hu and then using pre-outs for sub amp and so on.

maybe the eclipse hu tat you're talking about is high-end. For people who wouldn't THINK about using the internal amps.

FyI most higher end models do not have internal amps. Think about home equipment, the highest end tuners and processors only run pre amps into a specific amp
