Hey guys and girls...

I am ordering a Boss Audio Marine cd player for a speedboat, but its taking forever to get in. Would any mid-priced cd player work in a boat? Are these Marine units (Jensen, boss, clarion) worth it, or should I just get a regular CD player...

Also, if anyone has done an install in a boat, any advice? We're planning on just a cheap little system just to cruise with. Its an old-school sidewinder...

Thanks

It would also be easy to add an equalizer to have individual rca inputs for all of the channels. A decent one can be had for less than $40...
