No power to amp

Everything is wired correctly. Deck works, stock Ford F-150 sub works. All fuses are still intact. It's like the radio wire that turns the amp on is not giving power to it. We replaced the radio wire and still nothing. We know the amp works because I had to switch to a different vehicle a little while ago. Any ideas?
