He said mono...that means 1 channel...no bridging...some amps have two set of outputs making it easier to hook up more than one speaker, but it is still the same channel on the inside

my ppi has to bridge in a certain set of outputs. it's a class a/b though.

technically maybe, but i don't know too many people that need 1400 rms for anything other than subs. it's a 2 channel though, so you are correct in that aspect.

thanks man il try the new wires and then il check the speaker out of phase thing that might be it and its a pioneer and its turned on hifonics amp

because to use that amp for anything but subs, such as components, would mean you have a whole lot of bass. i'm sure it would run a nice front stage if you wanted to keep up with a few 18's.

ppi pc2350. i'm seriously considering selling it and getting a class D. it sucks way too much power. i love this amp though.
