no 0 gauge left over for big 3, would dual 4 gauge work?

hah, im actually in columbus now man...where is an andersons at...0 awg as cheap as 8 awg is always nice //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif

well i already crimped them together.

the 0 gauge has 4704 strands. the 4 gauge has 1862 strands. so the dual 4 gauge runs have a total of about ~3700. 1000 strands less than 0 gauge.

are you running the alternator + to the battery + with this? the original post says you are, but you ran the battery - to chassis with 0/1. i would use the 0/1 for the alt + to batt + so you only need 1 fuse.

you said you already crimped so hopefully you're just using ring terminals or something and can swap this around. doesn't sound like you've fused the + to + wire at all atm unless you threw it through the main fusebox which would be silly for an aftermarket alt.
