Nitrous in! pix and vids

Have you gotten your timeslip yet? I just don't see that car being 13.7's even with the shot and I am basing that off your videos. Mine is 14.2 and from 60-100 mine looks like it goes faster and tha is with out NOS. So I am not sure I believe you, but video's are not always accurate.

If he claims that car does 13.7 then i would pay to see it, because my 2003 supercharged mustang gt was only running low to mid 13s and that was a 5spd, with exhaust, hypertech programmer, cold air intake kit, and BBK throttle body, i couldnt hook up worth a ****, but still that town car is not going to run with a stock LS1 which they run mid 13s and not going to beat a stock LT1 which they run low to mid 14s, nitrous or no nitrous, hes stock for the most part, and depending on the year there either 210-235hp 4.6Ls and they are like 4200lbs with high high rear end gears

Hmm lets see.. My car is 3900lbs, not 4200. It came stock with 235hp. My mods are much larger tires to hook, 125 shot of nitrous, throttle body, plenum, intake, 2.5inch xpipe no cats, headers, underdrive pulleys, and a tune. Believe it if you want to, but I have beat my friends lt1 several times. We have raced every time from a roll. My budy with an 01 vic has ran 12.7 with all boltons, and 125shot of nitrous. This car can crack 12s with the stock motor, and a power adder, and some bolt ons, ive seen it done to many times. Their is another guy, not local, but he runs 14.2 stock motor, bolt on, and some trans work. btw its a crownvic, not a towncar. Towncars are heavier...

 
rip off?? Paying 10k for an engine that only makes 400 flywheel HP is a rip off. I dont care who built it.
I edited, but by the time you get all the parts, you will be at dam near 10k, and probably wont be at 400hp. That engine is also a direct fit, will replace the stock motor with virtually no mods. pretty good, i worked for ford for 2 1/2 years as a mechanic and i drove more vics, stangs, and other similar ford cars, new 2006 GT stangs run mid 14s so if your running that quick then thats pretty good, because there was a 500hp vic with a 6-71 blower sticking out the hood this last summer only running 12.7s with slicks, that was tubed, with 4:56 gears, your stock 2:92 or 3:08 rear end gears with maybe 325-340 rwhp car weighing around 4000 lbs is not going to run that quick of times, you dont even have a cold air intake kit, 14 year olds atleast do that to there dodge colts when they get them, i been in the racing game for some time now, with mustangs, 350zs 300ZX TTs, LS1s LT1s vettes everything, buick GNs, my small block 355 roller S-10 was only doing 13.8s with 425hp at the fly wheel, with drag radials, i just dont see your boat of a car doing that good, and that video took for ever just to run from 50-100 high 13s sorry no way, i dont see it, i mean stock C5 vettes run that, some do 13.4-13.5s, i ran the firehawk against a stock 2003 red 6spd C5 he ran a 13.6 @ 102 in the 1/4 and i ran a 13.1 @ 108 in the 1/4 so 13.7s with just a 125 kit, that you most likely are only seeing around 80-95hp gain out of it, and your lil add ons, thats hard to do but ill give ya mad props if you run 13.7s, but you have to have a stall converter, or a line lock, or a tranny brake, because there is no way your going to get that heavy of a car up and moving like that, to run that good of times, and with stock rear end gears that had to do regardless, need at least 3:73s but for that heavy of a car 4:10/11s!

 
The 373 are coming soon, along with another drive shaft. The time was 13.79, but it was windy, so im not going to take full credit of it, but I know it can just go under 14 seconds with my nitrous. Dont judge that video I posted, as I didnt have on the 125 shot. As for tracktion, Iwill get some mt streets drag radials from the local shop, when I get more serious, but my 9.5inch rears hook very well. Running 255 50s on the car, and the tire is actually wider then the rim, but it hooks.. here is a vid of my budy, and his friend. Not their best day at the track, but decent times.. yes, you modded and them stock.
Yep, my car bolt ons will run with them stock, but to be honest I dont see the marauder/ss being worth it, as its more expensive, for minimal performance upgrade.. a 2004 pi will run heads up with a marauder or ss stock.
