I've seen worse. Any car popular with Mexicans is quite often raggedy as hell. I can say this, I married a Mexican, and even SHE makes fun of shit like that.

I used to work at Farm and Fleet (some midwestern people may know it) but there was a guy that would come in and (needless to say it was a diesel so it didnt matter as much) he had stacks cut out through his truck bed probally 8" in diameter per (tips but the tube below was like 5") and there was a truck bed mounted gas tank in between them
