newbie here need help with wires and terminology

hello everyone,

i have 2006 suzuki ignis.

im looking to buy a 2-din android system i don't know which one i should buy as there are many types of connectors.

i do have some knowledge with electronics but not with cars.

i have this mess of cables:

there's first this connector:

and from there there are 3 wires, i guess are positive negative and ground going to this box:

That's a European radio connector. Blue one is a remote wire, yellow is a mute and I don't know about the other one
