Hey there I have 2 diamond audio D2 1200.1 amps ans just bought 2 boston g5's with raditors. One sub per amp. how would I wire this into the amp? The amp has 2 sets of positave termanls and 2 negtives one on left side and one on right. do I bridge the amp? I was told it is a one channel amp so I cant bridge, but why the 2 set of speaker leads on the amp?

ANY HLP woul be GREATLY apperacited

Thank You,

Ruk

if youre only going to run one sub on each amp look at it this way:

one sub in series will have one positive and one negative from the sub to the amp with ONE set of the terminals.

if the sub is going parallel with the amp then each voice coil will be hooked up to ONE set of the amp. for a total of TWO sets being used (IF DVC)

if you have dual voice coil subs, wire one positive and one negative to each spot on the amp. So for DVC's you should have four wires running from the sub to the amp.

for single voice coils, only use one set of outputs on the amp. since the amp is a mono amp, the only reason that it has two outputs, is to keep the install clean.
