im going to be in talk with shawn flemming at the meet about possibly doing a 2x event around the beginning of summer. I think we could do something like a toy drive with the local PD. Or a canned food drive, something of that nature. Something around late may possibly. I figure in the summer people will be willing to drive to shows a little more than during school year, normal "busy" time compared to summer. I think we could do all catagories and charge 5 or 10 per event you are running (bassrace or regular competition) and then 5 cans of food or more if you want. Another option would be 5 bucks each event, and 5 cans or more per person....or either if you would rather pay money instead of so much food.

I think this would give the scene a little more positive view, from the officers if they see what we REALLY do this for.

no, but its the summer, and people tend to get out more because the beautiful weather and half clothed women.
