In the recent event that the other thread for this got well over 100 pages I believe, this is a good point to start a more organized thread. So, we need details.

----CLEARWATER IS THE FINAL DESTINATION. No changes. Specific venue is the Sand Key Park, Pavilion 2.

----It WILL TAKE PLACE on DECEMBER 30th, NO CHANGES.

----We will be eating at Ker's wing house or the like for dinner, and grill out for lunch.

----THE MEET STARTS AT 12 LUNCH.
