New Workout Pics

Well I'd really prefer to lose more weight so maybe I should just change up my routine and do higher reps. Currently I'm doing 5 sets x 5 reps. I'll give it another two months and see how things go. I don't want to get huge, just want to have a nice lean muscular physique.

No actually, they didn't. He's the cousin of one of my classmates and he came and talked to my health class that she happens to be in. Apparently he lived like right next to a McDonalds and a Subway when he was at IU..guess which he chose to eat at first then later?

It's hard to lose weight by just working in the gym in my personal experience.

About 2 years ago I dropped around 25 lbs. by running 2 miles/night for about 4-5 months while working in the gym 2 hours 4 days a week.

I didn't really change my diet either...well know I eat a lot more fast food (didn't eat ANY fast food for over 2 years, eat it ~2 times a week now)

When I first started working out it took FOREVER for me to see any results...I didn't take any enhancements whatsoever though...didn't even load up on protein.

I do see some slight changes like I said before- I haven't really looked at your routine at all, but give it a little more time and I'm sure you'll get more drastic results.

I think I need to change my diet a little bit and do a little more cardio.

It's taken me since seventh grade to go from 38% body fat to 18ish which I am now, and even then, I'm still overweight..but no longer morbidly obese. Working out, eating right and above all else enjoying the time you have at the gym is the key to results. Once you begin to enjoy it, you stop looking for drastic changes, instead you look at the small things. You see you have a little more definition in your pecs, or your bi's are a little larger. Keep going at it, and you'll be good to go.

BTW, i'm 5'11 and 210-220 depending on the scale, so lets say 215. I dont really lift too much anymore because I gained too much mass which slows me down...which I obviously don't like. 40 minutes a day, 4x a week along with MA and tennis = fun and rewarding program.

If you don't do any running/jogging, I suggest giving it a shot. Takes a while to really see any improvement as far as stamina. When I used to play ice hockey I started running my last 2 seasons, and I started to notice a big difference in my stamina.

healthier diet. Try going on hikes and walks more. Since I've been hiking at school, I've noticed a much greater lung capacity, not only from smoking, but from hiking....bad example.

Just do other shit besides only working out. It takes all aspects of your life to fully furnish one part.
