I see some developement in the arms but that's about it man. Let me guess, you've been doing a lot of curls and skull crushers?? I would guess you are between 15-18% body fat. If you got that down to 10% or so you would be pretty cut.
Stick to the global exercises like cable pushing, low pulls, front squats, standing overhead press, lunges with dumbell curls, etc. You burn about 30% more energy [think fat] in any standing position than in any isolated/machine based environment. Exercise the big musle groups through functional movements as I have described and you will see better results.
Another thing, if you are taking any type of garbage supplements like whey protein power, ditch it for for food engineered by Mother Nature. Rotate your proteins on a 4 day basis to give your immune system a rest. For example, Monday=bovine, Tuesday=birds, Wed=scales, Thurs=swine.
If you are after hypertrophy [hyper=more, tropo=nutrition] then it would be in your best interest to consume the highest quality fuel as you can find! Just remember this: you can't make chicken salad out of chicken shit!!!
