Yeah, negatives ran back to the battery. They are going to end up there eventually, why not just make them direct ya know?your running your amp grounds back to the negative posts on the batts? i want to try this too, since i have no spot in the trunk except for my rear strut bolts, but those are about 1" round.
Would take me 3 hours, 4 TOPS //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif And thats running it through a sedan //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif Just giving you a hard time bro //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gifTaking all the old wire out, putting the 2nd battery in and getting it all mounted. Measuring out 4 runs of wire, getting them cut up, putting ring terminals on the ends that needed them (that took a WHILE) and then getting them all strapped in. Measuring and cutting the wires to hook up both batteries, and again putting ring terminals on those.
Imagine running wire through your car and getting it all hooked up, then doing it 3 more times. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif Not to mention adding the 2nd battery.

I actually made a tray out of some wood I had laying around. I had to take out the air intake tube in order to make any battery fit in there.I'm curious as to what you did for the second battery tray? Hopefully I have room to do that in my blazer.
Of course not. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gifNice. Box pics coming soon?//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
Easy to imagine, ive reran mine 4 or 5 myself. Dont feel bad about the fuse, i have exactly...none. x2 for the taking forever bit. I spent most of last weekend drilling my *** off, and ran my garage, and the shop completely out of 1/0 connectors.

I ground directly to the battery. It's going to end up there anyways, so why not make a connection that has much better conductivity than the body or chassis?Im so confused about the multiple runs of grond to the front and back. What if you dont have a second battery in the front do you still run the ground to the front? Or can you just ground at the back?
