Very true... I bought a 12W6V2 in a sealed box, with a mint condition 500/1 for $300 lol... sold the box and the amp to different people, for a total of $275, so I basically got a mint 12W6V2 for $25 hahaha... so I bought another sub from someone on here so I can replace my current eD subs, which aren't bad, but I think the JL's will sound waaaay better, and hopefully get louder too.

The specs could pass for a SWR1241

but definitely not a 1242.

SWR-1242 = Subwoofer Type R Dual 4ohm Version 2, 500rms

SWR-1241 = Subwoofer Type R Dual 4ohm Version 1, 300rms

But yeah, the picture in the auction is definitely a SWR1242(1222), but the specs could be an SWR1241 (which is a Type R, just an old one), or a SWS1242. (a newer type S)
