Brand new JL 12 W6v2 with hole in foam, HELP!!

I was installing my brand new pair of W6v2's and the screw broke and the screwdriver went into the outer foam, is it completely done? Ive heard of glues and adhesives and all that but does it work? Any help at all on the subject would be great
