New to me 92 Bronco, that came with some car audio goodies. Now I have questions?

Just picked up a 92 Bronco, and it came with a Premier DEH-P350 HU, Kicker RS65.2's new in box, and a Punch 100a2 amp. I have an older pioneer 10 sub I am gonna run as well. I had planned on running the kickers off the HU, but reading the forums everyone thinks that would be a waste. I took the punch down to the local pawn shop and they gave me 35 bucks for it and I picked up a Eclipse EA3422 amp. I am glad I got this amp as the reviews it has are stellar.

Now my question is, can I run the components and the sub off the this single amp. Right now I have the sub bridged off the rear channel and the components running off the front channel with the crossovers, the components seem to not sound very good, so thats why I am asking.

If I can run this does anyone have any kind of setting for the amp, on where to start, as well as maybe the HU.

Thanks

Roman

Hopefully I made sense in what I was asking, if not ask away.

Thanks

Edit:

Should I use the kicker crossovers or just use the built in crossover on the amp.

thanks

Update:

So I hooked up the crossover and it just sounds okay. Definitely does not sound like I though it would. It could be I don't know how to tune the deck properly, it's got lots of shit to tune with.

Still looking for some insight from any and all who wish.

thanks

Why did you run them without the crossovers? Without those, it wouldn't surprise me if you blew the tweeter.
I was just wanting some sound, I was careful, did not turn it up loud and had them faded down.

The tweets sound fine it's the 6.5 kickers that don't sound very good. I figured they would have a little more bass than they do.

thanks for the reply

I assume you are talking about the 6.5 right?

I have them installed in my door panel, the mid about 3/4 the way up the door and the tweet to the left and above the mid. I don't think I expected to much, I was just expecting some basey type sound out of them.

Thanks for the reply.

The install of the midwoofer is more than likely the culprit for low output in midbass. Either that or you expected too much. Where and how is this mounted?

Okay, I came to the conclusion that it sounds like utter dogshit. Not real sure why, it's regardless what song i have going or what I do to the setting.

Still looking for a answer to my original question.

Thanks

Roman

That Eclipse isn't providing enough power, man. It's only 60 watts per channel. Those Kickers need 100 watts rms per side OR MORE in order to do their thing.

Sealing & deadening the doors will make a difference too.

Think about bridging the Eclipse for the components and picking up a small monoblock for the sub.

Thanks dude, that's the answer I was looking for.
