New to car audio..and have a question!

Hey my friend and i just recently installed a couple of 12" alpine type E's to my car with a 1200w hifonics brutus amp...it bump pretty good and everything but i want a little bit more...that i can do with $500 or less....i was think of getting 2 more type E's and another amp...and was wondering if i would need a new battery or a new alternator if i did that.....Thanks!!!

I wouldnt add more.....upgrade to better subs.....$500 will get you some nice equipment....check the classifieds for some good deals....there are soooo many options though and im sure you will get some good suggestions.....I dont feel like typing and the best bet is to use the:search2: because there are several threads similar...

if you're sticking with alpine i would throw 2 12" Type R's in that ported box, might wanna change the amp though...
