I might be wrong but I think that should be at least double thick all the way around or some bracing? It may break and definitely isnt going to be as loud as it could be. Also needs a port that is a little more efficient looking and straight without bends. Unless the dimensions of that box were mandatory. Looks good though.

if it breaks ill just build a new one no big deal.

i dont have the pics up but there are 45s all the way around.

as for the bend having something other than 1 straight wall helps

the dimensions werent mandatory but considering my old box took up the entire storage area of the tahoe it was nice to save some space

i have never said i would be hitting 170s.i have a 4 door tahoe not a little car

in the vehicle its going in high 140 possibly low 150s i think is reasonable to expect

[i dunno how much it is, honestly... I have 2 10" 250-Watt JBLs. Not much SPL, I think. But, it does manage to vibrate my mirrors at like 25% volume. It's kinda annoying.]

couldnt handle the snow all day. im sure it got water in it no big deal needed a new one anyway
