This test was more than just finding out my impedence rise. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif
It was finding power in an ACTUAL test comparing it to my zx2500. I'm not gonna sit there and test the sundown at every single frequency to determine actual power at that frequency. It's pointless.
The amp did plenty of power for my impedence rise, doing any more testing is just silly and a waste of time. I'd say an amp rated for 1500 watts at 1 ohm and putting out 1100 at 2.7 ohm is pretty darn good. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
If we have the subs to test it out, we'll wire it down to .5 and see what power it does then. And to be honest, that impedence rise isn't extraordinary at all. You would be surprised what actual impedence is in a daily driver car playing music. 6-7 ohms isn't out of the question in some circumstances.
