New system

I need some help with trying to put my new sytem together. So I am asking for some assistance. I am just trying to have a nice sounding system that is not too expensive. I have a few ideas on what I want to do but I'm not quite sure if they are up to par. I am looking at purchasing one 12" JL Audio Speaker 12W3v3 and I was going to use MTX Thunder TA3404 4 Channel Amplifier. Will I get enough power from this 4 channel to help push this speaker? Or should I go with a mono amp (325 watts, RF Punch Series Monoblock Amplifier)? Or go with two subs and get MTX Thunder TA2301 Mono Subwoofer Amplifier 600 Watts?

Or Should I go with rockford fosgate t112d2 with MTX Thunder TA2301 Mono Subwoofer Amplifier 600 Watts?

Lastly is there a requirment to have a cap even though I have a Linc Navi with a Optumia battery?

I know it's a lot of questions. Thanks!
