I am just looking for some possible suggestions on some subs and amps that i would like to put in. As of right now I have a Alpine 9855 with four DB Platinum door speakers. I was thinking anywhere from 2 or 3 12" or 2 15". I have around three to five grand to spend on all of this. And my vehicle as it says in my sn is a 2002 tahoe. My music intrests is mainly rap. Let the suggestions begin.

Guy on termpro selling some Shocker Neo's, little expensive tho :p You should really check out DD 95 or 99 series with the kinda cash you have. Obviously I'm partial to Shockers if you can find them. What's really caught my eye now is the Incriminator Warden, that will be the next sub I get.

thanks for the suggestions so far guys. Force of will can you give me a link to the subs you are talking about because they are unfamiliar to me and I would like to check them out. And supraman and MB7 I believe you guys are talking about Kicker L7's but I checked out kickers website and I was unable to find the specs on their subs. Yes I saw the link for specs but when I clicked to find the info nothing came up for me so if you could enlighten me with the specs on that I would be greatful. Thanks everyone so far with all of your input. Please keep the suggestions coming!

Audioque HD3 15's will do some serious business in that tahoe...check em out.

i switched from kicker to Digital Designs and Audioque after been born and raised listening to kicker stuff (kicker world headquarters is in town)

http://www.audioque.com take a look.......audioque is only for users that can withstand serious spl though (remember that)

Kicker L7s.. correct! You can find them on http://www.cardomain.com too.. just click on shop, and then subwoofers, then kicker, then find the woofer you want to purchase.

i think he would be happier with the dd 3515s for the woofers. they sound a little more musical and not so mono tonish (is that even a word?). throw those things 1000 watts or a little more each and you will be plenty loud and sounding great in the proper ported box.

You're probably right. The last time I heard a 9515 was like 4 years ago and the only thing I remember them selling was the 99's and 95's. Don't know much about the 35's.

http://www.ddaudio.com is the website. You can check out their forums as well.

the 95's and 99's are stupid loud, but the 3500s are a little more musical. i have heard a 9515 then the next day a 3512 and i would have taken the 12 over the 15 anyday.

As of right now with everyones suggestions I am looking at 2 12" alpine x type, 2 15 Kicker L7, or 2 12" pioneer premier. From those three what would you pick? And what amp(s) would you choose to use with your pick?
