anywho, f0ck changing all that crap to somthing else. you seriously need a new frontstage. get a kicker300.2 amp (iirc thats what it is) the one that does 150x2@4 and run your shiz off that. i would look into DIY stuff with an active xover, but im a freak like that. at least get somthing that you (lol, how about "that req", because i know you will say that you dont care lol) would be happy listening to with NO subs.

I would stick with the old system. If you want spl, I am sure you could do something ampwise or boxwise that would achieve that. That way you could have the best of both worlds!

There only rated at 400rms :0) But they are getting more than that. My old set I had each at 1k a peice. These jls are amazing even off very little power

From what I "hear" from this forum (everyone is contradicting themselves around here), somehow your box size can allow you more rms. That is just what I have seen on the forum. Just trying to share info, and I don't guarentee that the info I just gave you is right.
