new system setup

hi all,
i am planning to install a new setup in my swift car(hatch)
plan is
Pioneer DMH-Z5290bt(HU)
DD EC-6.5 components(Front & Rear) powered by DD C4.60 amp
DD 612 sub with mono amp in ported enclosure

i am confused with the turning of amps(Such as setting gain)
anticipating valuable help
